Do I need a credit card to join the waitlist?
No. Waitlist signup is free. We'll only ask for billing information when you're ready to activate a seat after July 2026.
How does district pricing work?
District pricing is volume-based and scoped to seat count, contract length, and any optional services (SSO, on-site deployment, custom rollout support). We don't publish a per-district SKU because that pricing only makes sense in the context of your roster and requirements. Talk to us and we'll scope it together.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your coaching session history and Growth Portrait belong to you. On cancellation, you get an export of your data and we delete it from our systems on your timeline, not ours. The full data lifecycle is documented in the compliance library.
Is there a homeschool discount?
The educator rate is the same whether you're in a classroom or at a kitchen table — we don't believe one is worth less than the other. If you're a co-op or learning community looking at multiple seats, reach out and we'll work something out.
